The deal system for B2B sellers
Deal OS
Run every deal on what the buyer said, with gates that hold.
Generic AI sales output fills the gaps with things nobody said. Deal OS ties every fact in a deal to the buyer's exact words, the call date and the timestamp, and keeps the deal in its stage until the buyer gives it a reason to move.
Pay what you want. $1 minimum. $19 suggested. Choose your amount at checkout. USD, one-time purchase.

The problem
Your AI Writes What It Thinks the Buyer Said
Ask an AI for a follow-up after a call and you get praise for a conversation nobody enjoyed, challenges nobody named and a next step with no owner or date.
Deal OS checks every line against the call before it goes out. This is the send-check skill on a generic AI follow-up.
NOT READY TO SEND: 28 problems.
| Line | Text | Problem |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | I really enjoyed learning more about Calder Logistics | Praise filler. None of your five emails praises the call. They open on the buyer's own words or numbers. |
| 5 | I'm excited about | Forbidden word, and on your Voice File never-use list. |
| 5 | the challenges your team is facing | No timestamp and no quote for what Dana's team faces. |
| 9 | [Key challenge or goal Dana mentioned] | Placeholder. |
| 13 | As a next step, I'd suggest | The next step has no owner and no absolute date. |
| 17 | I look forward to continuing the conversation. | Filler. The email ends with no next step, owner or date, and the laws end an email on those. |

The method
Every Fact Carries Its Source
Each deal lives in one Deal File. Every fact in it carries one of four states, and the state decides what the fact is allowed to do. A rep cannot un-say what a buyer said, and a rep cannot make a deal look healthy on claims alone.
CONFIRMED
The buyer said it or agreed to it on the record. Exact quote, speaker, call date, timestamp.
Counts toward: Gates, health and forecast
MENTIONED
It came up, but the buyer did not confirm it, or only the seller said it.
Counts toward: Nothing
ATTESTED
The rep marked it true with no call behind it. Requires the real date it happened and a one-line note.
Counts toward: Gates only, never health or forecast
UNKNOWN
Never covered.
Counts toward: Nothing
Economic Buyer CONFIRMED
“It's my budget and my signature. Anything over fifty thousand is mine.”

The gates
A Deal Moves When the Buyer Moves It
Every stage has exit criteria. Ask "Can Calder move to Stage 2?" and the stage-gate skill checks each one against the Deal File.
It passes the deal or blocks it. A block names what is missing, who clears it and by when.
BLOCKED: Calder Logistics stays in 1 Discovery. Open: S1.4.
- S1.1At least 6 of 8 MEDDPICC letters CONFIRMEDMET
- S1.2At least 3 exact pain quotes with timestampsMET
- S1.3At least one metric with a current numberMET
- S1.4Demo or next meeting on the calendar with an agreed agendaOPEN
Evidence or gap
Sam Reyes asked for a call with Priya and Marcus, Sam Reyes, 2026-11-03 [26:40]. Dana Ortiz asked for the estimate first and named no date, Dana Ortiz, 2026-11-03 [26:44]. No meeting is on the calendar, and Dana has not agreed to a date or an agenda.
Action to clear it
Ask Dana Ortiz for a date and an agenda for the call with Priya and Marcus in the estimate email.
Owner: Sam Reyes. Date: 2026-11-06.
The close
A Get for Every Give
On the third call the CFO asked for 20% off. The negotiation skill read the Deal File and the discount ladder in the Company File, then wrote the counter and the words to say.
Priya Shah asked for 20% off the $72,000 first year: $14,400, leaving $57,600. The VP of Sales approves it, and you approve up to 10% alone. Recommendation: counter, with a get for every give.
The words to say
If we give you ten percent off, which is $7,200 and brings the first year to $64,800, we need your signature by December 18, 2026 and the first year paid in full at signing.
Twenty percent is above what I approve alone, so I am taking it to our VP of Sales. If we give more than ten percent, we need a two-year term as well. I will come back to you by December 3, 2026.
Every output above came from the 12 skills in the download, run on one deal across three calls.

Where the rules come from
Built From Systems That Ran Real Deals
The rules come from two places. The first is DealIQ OS, the deal software I built and retired: its stage ladder, its exit criteria and its scoring math. The second is my SaaS Sales Operating System: its operating laws, its stage pages and its deal room sections.
Deal OS keeps what worked in both, fixes what didn't, and runs without any software of mine. I took an inherited $22M national accounts book to $48M in 22 months.

Tested before it shipped
Every skill ran in a fresh Claude session against written expectations. Final pass on October 18, 2026, 26 runs across the nine deal skills: 249 checks passed, 0 failed.
Built Claude-first
The prompts run in any AI chat. The skills have not been tested outside Claude, and the guide says so.
What it's not
- Not a prompt pack. Every output runs on your transcripts and your files.
- Not software. Plain text files you own.
- Not a CRM replacement. It writes the notes your CRM needs.
Questions
Before You Buy
Which AI do I need?
The prompts run in any AI chat. The skills need Claude, and Level 4 needs a paid Claude plan with the desktop app. Appendix A of the guide covers Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot plan by plan.
Do I need to code?
No. Every file is plain text. Open it in Notepad, TextEdit or any text editor.
Is the example deal real?
No. Calder Logistics, Ledgerline and everyone on the calls are made up. The outputs on this page are the skills' real, unedited output on that made-up deal.
What happens after I pay?
Your download page opens. It holds one ZIP with the 160-page guide and the deal-os folder.
I lost my download link.
Reply to your Stripe receipt and I'll send it again.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. It writes the notes your CRM needs, in your own field names.
